For Lindsey, that dream comes from a lifelong love of food. As a trained chef, she’s spent years pursuing ingredients and flavors that bring joy, comfort, and inspiration. The Rehoboth Market is her creative canvas, a place where she can curate products, guide the culinary vision, and share the foods she genuinely loves with the people who walk our aisles or sit at our tables.
For Jason, the dream lives in the details. He keeps our operations steady and our team supported, but he’s also the creative mind behind our branding, designing the visual identity that gives The Rehoboth Market its character. Through both structure and design, he turns our shared vision into the experience you feel the moment you step inside.
Together, our goal is simple: to build a place we would want to go every day, one that reflects the seasons, celebrates good ingredients, and brings people together.
